His charisma and overwhelming physical strength kept crime rates low for a generation. Unbeknownst to the general public, his larger-than-life persona has become an act to mask his deteriorating health, but his selflessness is all real.
Appearance: Tall, with blond hair and striking blue eyes. In "Muscle Form" he is literally Anime Superman, loud in both voice and presence, incredibly ripped, always displaying a fearless smile. In his "True Form", he is horrifically emaciated with prominent cheekbones and sunken features, most of his muscle mass having wasted away.
